Motion by the appellant to extend the time to perfect appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated August 27, 2018, and December 24, 2018, respectively, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated August 27, 2018, is denied as that appeal has been deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a); and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated December 24, 2018, is denied as premature as the time to perfect that appeal does not expire until October 11, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as academic.
