Motion by Melissa Cohen, a defendant in Appeal No. 1 and the appellant in Appeal Nos. 2, 3, and 4, to extend the time to perfect appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated July 26, 2018, August 28, 2018, September 14, 2018, and October 10, 2018, respectively, and to hear the appeals from the order dated July 26, 2018, with the appeals from the orders dated August 28, 2018, September 14, 2018, and October 10, 2018, on a joint record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeals is granted and the time to perfect the appeals is extended until July 26, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to hear the appeals from the orders dated July 26, 2018, with the appeals from the orders dated August 28, 2018, September 14, 2018, and October 10, 2018, on a joint record is granted only to the extent that the appeals from the orders dated July 26, 2018, will be calendared together with the appeals from the orders dated August 28, 2018, September 14, 2018, and October 10, 2018, and will be argued or submitted on the same date, and that branch of the motion is otherwise denied, and the appeals from the orders dated July 26, 2018, and August 28, 2018, shall not be perfected on a joint record.
