Motion by the respondent-appellant on an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 28, 2018, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated January 17, 2019, in effect, to dismiss so much of the appeal from the order dated January 17, 2019, as denied reargument.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeals for determination upon the argument or submission thereof.
