Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue its prior motion to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 2, 2019, which dismissed an appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 19, 2018. The prior motion was determined by decision and order of this Court dated March 11, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
