Motion by the respondent, inter alia, to direct the appellant to serve and file a complete record on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 26, 2018, December 20, 2018, and January 17, 2019, respectively, and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct the appellant to serve and file a complete record on the appeal is granted to the extent that on or before July 19, 2019, the appellant shall insert the second page of the affidavit of Abraham Raab dated March 14, 2018, in the copies of the record filed with the Clerk of this Court as page 88a and serve and file a supplemental record containing the respondent's memorandum of law dated March 14, 2018, filed in support of his cross motion; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until August 19, 2019, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
