Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 24, 2019, inter alia, to vacate so much of the order as granted a stay of enforcement of a certain other order of the same court, or, in the alternative, to direct the defendant-respondent to post a bond in a sum no less than $60,000.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
