ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated November 16, 2018, is amended by deleting from the "Applicant Name" entry concerning the above-entitled matter the name "American Tire Distributors, Inc." and substituting therefor the names "Claudia M. Wells and Stacey Nicole Wells."
