Application by Lorraine Rapuano, as executor of the estate of Dolores Rapuano, in effect, to be substituted for the deceased respondent Dolores Rapuano, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 4, 2017, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Lorraine Rapuano, as executor of the estate of Dolores Rapuano, is substituted for the deceased respondent Dolores Rapuano, and the caption is amended accordingly.
