Dean, Esq. as counsel and substituting Steven N. Feinman, Esq., as assigned counsel,And assigned counsel having moved for an order relieving him as assigned counsel, and withdrawing the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of
