Motion by appellant on an appeal from a final judgment of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, entered March 7, 2019, and an order of that court entered March 25, 2019, in effect, to modify the conditions of a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated April 25, 2019. Cross motion by landlord to vacate the stay.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that appellant's motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that respondent's cross motion is granted and the stay is vacated.
