| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents-respondents-appellants on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Queens County, dated December 18, 2018, and an appeal from a decree of the same court dated January 10, 2019, for leave to reargue the petitioner-appellant-respondent's prior motion, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order pending hearing and determination of the appeal and cross appeal therefrom. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 27, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
