DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated February 16, 2018, February 20, 2018, and May 18, 2018, respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated April 26, 2019, to stay enforcement of the judgment and the order dated February 20, 2018, and to stay the sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, in effect, to consolidate the appeals, to deem the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeals from the orders to also be filed in connection with the appeal from the judgment, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that enforcement of the order dated February 20, 2018, and the judgment, and the sale of the subject premises, located at 502 Weser Avenue, Staten Island, New York, are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeals are consolidated, and on or before August 1, 2019, the parties shall correct the covers of the record and their respective briefs to add Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-05658, and the appellants shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment.
