| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents Michael Hadjandreas, Andrew Hadjandreas, Sharon Hadjandreas, and Unique Mechanical Corp, and separate motion by the respondent Anthony E. Falcone, FR, CPA, P.C., to dismiss appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 9, 2018, and October 2, 2018, respectively, on the ground that the record and the appellants' brief contain or refer to matter dehors the record or to strike stated portions of the record and the appellants' brief and to extend the time to serve and file their respective briefs. Separate motion by the appellants to impose a sanction upon the respondents, and for an award of costs and an attorney's fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the respondents' motions which are to extend the time to serve and file their respective briefs are granted, the respondent's time to serve and file their respective briefs is extended until August 2, 2019, and the respondents' briefs shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents' motions are otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' motion is denied.
