DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Kyondra E. from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated September 20, 2017. By order to show cause dated May 17, 2019, the parties to the appeal were directed to show cause why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal from the order dated September 20, 2017, in the above-entitled proceedings on the ground that the appeal has been rendered academic.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
