Motion by the objectant-respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Rockland County, dated June 4, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the objectant-respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until August 2, 2019, and the objectant-respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
