DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 14, 2018, for leave to reargue its prior motion to stay a certain arbitration, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 18, 2019.

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
