Motion by assigned counsel for the appellant to be relieved as counsel for the appellant on appeals from four orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated January 31, 2018, March 6, 2018, June 21, 2018, and October 15, 2018, respectively. Separate motion by the attorney for the children to dismiss the appeals from the orders dated January 31, 2018, and June 21, 2018, as well as two orders of the same court dated January 15, 2019, and February 20, 2019, respectively. Separate motion by the appellant pro se for leave to prosecute the appeals from the orders dated January 19, 2019, and February 20, 2019, as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel. The appeal from the order dated March 6, 2018, was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 20, 2019, and the appeal from the order dated October 15, 2018, was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 8, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by assigned counsel and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the attorney for the children and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motions by the appellant pro se and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion by the attorney for the children is granted and the appeals from the orders dated January 31, 2018, June 21, 2018, January 15, 2019, and February 20, 2019, are dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion by the appellant's assigned counsel is granted and Glenn Gucciardo is relieved of the assignment to prosecute the appeals from the orders dated January 31, 2018, March 6, 2018, June 21, 2018, and October 15, 2018; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motions by the appellant pro se are denied as academic.
