Motion by the appellant to extend the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two judgments of the County Court, Dutchess County, both rendered September 6, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a brief is extended until August 2, 2019, and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until September 3, 2019, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
