| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants Karen Weingarten, NRAD Medical Associates, P.C., and Manhasset Diagnostic Imaging, P.C., to stay the trial in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 28, 2018. Separate motion by the appellants Itzak Haimovic and Neurological Specialties of Long Island, PLLC, to stay all proceedings, including the jury selection and the trial, in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
