Motion by the respondent-appellant for leave to serve and file a joint supplemental appendix containing certain documents on appeals and cross appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated August 31, 2018, and an order of the same court also dated August 31, 2018, and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before August 2, 2019, the respondent-appellant may file the joint supplemental appendix and the respondent-appellant's answering brief, including points of argument on the cross appeals.
