2019-04578 US Bank National Association, respondent, v Vassamouke Bamba, appellant, et al., defendants. (Index No. 24526/08)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a purported order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 8, 2018, and entered February 22, 2019. By order to show cause dated May 16, 2019, the parties were directed to show cause why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 8, 2018, and entered February 22, 2019, was issued in the above-entitled action.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the notice of appeal is deemed to be from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 1, 2018 (see CPLR 2001); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is denied.
RIVERA, J.P., HINDS-RADIX, BARROS and BRATHWAITE NELSON, JJ., concur.
