DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants Carter R., Kimora B., and Carma B., to stay enforcement of so much of an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 19, 2019, as directed the return of Carter R. and Carma B. to the respondent-respondent pending hearing and determination of appeals from the order, and to continue the remand of Carter R. and Carma B. to the care and custody of the petitioner-appellant.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of so much of the order as directed the return of Carter R. and Carma B. to the respondent-respondent is stayed and the remand of Carter R. and Carma B. to the care and custody of the petitioner-appellant is continued pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
