It is Ordered that the motion of the respondents-appellants is granted on condition that the respondents-
appellants: (1) perfect their appeal by no later than the October 2019 term the filing deadline for which is August 7, 2019. Respondent's briefs are to be filed on or before August 29, 2019; reply briefs, if any, are to be filed on or before September 6, 2019; (2) continue to pay petitioner-respondent accruing use and occupancy in the amount reserved in the most recent lease agreement on or before each subsequent rental due date, without prejudice. In the event of respondents-appellants' failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, petitioner-respondent may move, on five days notice, for an order vacating the stay and dismissing the appeal.
