Motion by appellant, by order to show cause, for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from a final judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of Warwick, Orange County, entered March 14, 2019.
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order to show cause is vacated, as the operative notice of appeal vested jurisdiction in the Orange County Court.
Appellant's remedy, if she be so advised, is to move in the Justice Court for leave to amend the operative notice of appeal to state that the appeal is taken to the Appellate Term for the Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts.
