Motion by appellant to consolidate an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County entered September 26, 2018 and an appeal from an order of the same court dated April 17, 2019, respectively, and for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to consolidate the appeals is denied as moot; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeals is denied as premature.
The appeals have already been consolidated under the docket number set forth in the caption above. The record on appeal was recently filed with the court. Inasmuch as the parties are scheduled for a CAMP conference on July 15, 2019, the 90-day notice will not be issued until that conference is held.
