DECISION AND ORDER
ON MOTION

Motion, pursuant to Family Ct Act § 1114 (b), for stay pending appeal of order of Family Court, Schenectady County, dated May 28, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is


ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, to the extent that so much of the order as directed the parties to investigate, obtain and hire a security service, for a security officer to escort respondent and be present for visitation, and for the parties to bear equally the cost of the security service is stayed, and it is further

ORDERED that the supervised visitation between respondent and the children shall continue at the facility at 797 Broadway, Schenectady, New York, as can be arranged by the parties pending final disposition of the proceedings by Family Court, Schenectady County, or determination of the appeal of the order of Family Court, Schenectady County, dated May 28, 2019.
