Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered March 27, 2019. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 22, 2019, enforcement of the order entered March 27, 2019, was stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal. The appeal was deemed withdrawn by decision and order on application of this Court dated July 2, 2019.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the stay granted by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 22, 2019, is vacated forthwith.
