Motion by the appellant, in effect, to consolidate appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 5, 2018, and a judgment of the same court dated October 17, 2018, to deem the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order also to be filed in connection with the appeal from the judgment, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before August 2, 2019, the appellant shall correct the covers of the record, the appellant's briefs, and the appellant's reply briefs filed with the Clerk of this Court to add Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-05342 and file replacement digital copies of the record and briefs which contain the corrected covers, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment, and the respondent shall correct the covers of the respondent's briefs filed with the Clerk of this Court to add Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-05342 and file a replacement digital copy of the respondent's brief which contains the corrected cover.
