Motion by the appellant to extend the time to perfect appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered October 19, 2018, and an amended judgement of the same court entered October 23, 2018, and to waive certification of the appellant's appendix pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is extended until August 12, 2019, and the appellant's appendix and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
