DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated May 14, 2018. By order on certification of this Court dated July 16, 2018, the appellant was granted poor person relief and Thomas Butler, P.O. Box 665, Melville, NY 11747, 877-847-1896, was assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeal. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 10, 2019, counsel was relieved of the assignment and Glenn Gucciardo, 256 Main Street, Suite 206, Northport, NY 11768, was assigned as counsel for the appellant.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that Glenn Gucciardo is relieved of the assignment, and Glenn Gucciardo and Thomas Butler are directed to turn over all papers in the proceeding to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as counsel for the appellant:
