| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 4, 2019, on an appeal from a judgment of the Court of Claims dated November 30, 2016. Application by the respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before September 12, 2019, the appellant shall settle the transcript and serve and file a supplemental appendix containing the properly settled transcript in accordance with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 4, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until October 15, 2019, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
