| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants, inter alia, for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 24, 2015, and October 27, 2015, respectively, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated September 13, 2017, and remitted to this Court by order of the Court of Appeals dated March 26, 2019, which determined an appeal from the decision and order dated September 13, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief is granted and the appellants shall serve and file the supplemental brief on or before August 14, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents shall serve and file a response to the appellants' supplemental brief, if any, on or before September 13, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
