ORDERED that the decision and order on application of this Court entitled "In the Matter of Applications to Withdraw Appeals, Cross Appeals, or Proceedings," dated July 12, 2019, is amended by deleting from the "Applicant(s)" entry concerning the above-entitled matter the name "Board of Directors of Half Moon Bay Homeowners Association, Inc.," and substituting therefor the names "Board of Managers of Half Moon Bay Condominium Marina" and "Maria Elena DiBella."
