Appeal by Eric Braverman from a judgment of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, New York County, rendered December 4, 2015, which was transferred to this Court by an order of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the First Judicial Department, dated January 19, 2018.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is transferred to the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second, Eleventh and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, for determination; and it is further,
ORDERED that all further proceedings in connection with the appeal shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh and Thirteenth Judicial Districts.
