DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered April 10, 2019, as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic in light of the decision and order on application of this Court dated May 23, 2019, which granted poor person relief and the assignment of counsel pursuant to Criminal Procedure Law § 380.55.
