| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both rendered August 8, 2013, to extend the time to move to vacate his pleas of guilty. By decision and order of this Court dated March 20, 2019, the matter was remitted to the Supreme Court, Kings County, to afford the appellant an opportunity to move to vacate his pleas of guilty in accordance with the decision and order of this Court, and for a report on any such motion, and the appeals were held in abeyance in the interim.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's time to move to vacate his pleas of guilty is extended until August 14, 2019.
