DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant on an appeal from a small claims judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered March 29, 2018, in effect, for leave to file a single appellant's brief with respect to this appeal and 12 other appeals listed in the caption of this court's decision and order on motion dated January 3, 2019 under appeal No. 2018-2282 Q C, and that there shall be oral argument, if requested, on all of the appeals at the same time.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and appellant may serve and file an original and five copies of a single appellant's brief bearing all 13 appeal numbers and there shall be oral argument, if requested, on all of the appeals at the same time; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged to August 23, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeal are not perfected by August 23, 2019, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move to dismiss the appeal, on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
