Motion by appellant for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered April 17, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to renewal upon proper papers.

The affidavit submitted in support of the motion is defective in that it states that it is the affidavit of defendant Mahbub Karim but it is executed by appellant Aneja Karim.
