An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about April 3, 2019, And an order of this Court having been entered on

May 21, 2019 (M-2303), granting a stay of the aforementioned order on condition the appeal taken therefrom is perfected for the October 2019 Term, And plaintiffs-respondents having moved for a limited vacatur or, in the alternative, modification of the stay granted in this Court's May 21, 2019 order to permit the trial court to enter a final judgment/order in this matter, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of modifying the May 21, 2019 order of this Court to permit the trial court to enter final judgment based on its April 3, 2019 order, and upon entry of said judgment, a stay of enforcement of the April 3, 2019 order and any subsequent order and/or judgment entered therefrom is granted on the condition the appeal is perfected for the October 2019 Term.
