DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se on appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 29, 2019, and two orders of the same court both entered April 10, 2018, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 10, 2019, as granted a stay conditioned upon the perfection of the appeals on or before June 10, 2019, to waive certification of the record pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g), to waive the filing fee, and to enlarge the record to include certain material and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing that material.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to amend so much of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 10, 2019, as granted a stay conditioned upon the perfection of the appeals on or before June 10, 2019, is granted, and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 10, 2019, is amended by deleting therefrom the date "June 10, 2019," and substituting therefor the date "August 16, 2019"; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive certification of the record pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
