Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 14, 2019, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 14, 2018, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order that denied an application to sign an order to show cause.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
