| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to stay all proceedings in a matter entitled Matter of U. S. Bank Trust, N.A. v Ferguson, pending in the Nassau County District Court, First District, under Index No. LT-002438-19, and to stay their eviction from the subject premises pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 26, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and all proceedings in the matter entitled Matter of U. S. Bank Trust, N.A. v Ferguson, pending in the Nassau County District Court, First District, under Index No. LT-002438-19, and eviction of the appellants from the subject premises are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
