It is Ordered that the motion is granted without opposition, the stay of enforcement of the final judgment, entered March 27, 2017, is vacated, and the appeal is dismissed. We note that, in addition to his failure to pay accruing use and occupancy, appellant failed to timely perfect the appeal.
