(Index No. 13224/90)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 1, 2008, and September 10, 2008, respectively. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 11, 2019, all proceedings concerning the above-entitled appeals were stayed until July 11, 2019, pursuant to CPLR 321 and this Court directed the appellant Nachman Brach, Inc., to retain counsel who was to file a notice of appearance on its behalf, on or before July 12, 2019, and directed the appellant Nachman Brach to either advise this Court, in writing, that he was proceeding pro se, or retain counsel who was to file a notice of appearance on his behalf, on or before July 12, 2019. The appellants have failed to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 11, 2019.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
