DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered April 28, 2016.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that Karen Marie Caggiano, 198 Crestwood Drive, Shirley, NY 11967, 631-395-1727, counsel assigned to represent the child Toniann S. by the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers in the matter to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Judiciary Law § 35, the following named attorney is assigned as the attorney for the child Toniann S.:

and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before August 7, 2019, Mr. Diamond shall advise this Court, in writing, whether he is adopting the brief filed by Ms. Caggiano on behalf of the child Toniann S., and/or whether he will be filing a supplemental or replacement brief; and it is further,

ORDERED that assigned counsel is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the clerk of the court from which the appeal and cross appeal are taken.
