DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant on an appeal from a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered September 28, 2018, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal and, in effect, to continue a stay granted by the Civil Court by order dated December 3, 2018 and modified by decision and order on motion of this court dated April 18, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that appellant continue to comply with the terms of the stay granted by the Civil Court by order dated December 3, 2018, as modified by decision and order on motion of this court dated April 18, 2019, and perfect the appeal on or before August 2, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event that these conditions are not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
