DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
| Ransworth Blair, et al., Petitioners-Respondents, v 930-940, LLC, et al., Respondents-Appellants, and New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development, Respondent. |
Appeals from orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered December 4, 2018 and February 21, 2019, respectively.
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, as the right of direct appeal from the intermediate orders terminated with the entry of a judgment on February 25, 2019 (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241, 248 [1976]), which judgment has been separately appealed. The issues sought to be raised on the appeals from the orders may be brought up for review and considered on the appeal from the judgment (see CPLR 5501 [a] [1]).
