The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Maria Mayrose, Appellant.

Motion by appellant to vacate the dismissal on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, Traffic and Parking Violations Agency District, rendered January 10, 2019, and for an extension of time to file an affidavit of errors and an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to vacate dismissal is denied with leave to renew upon the filing of an affidavit by appellant setting forth a reasonable excuse for her default and a potentially meritorious appeal on or before July 31, 2019. The remaining branches of the motion are held in abeyance.
