Motion by the petitioner-appellant-respondent, inter alia, for leave to reargue an appeal and cross-appeals from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, dated July 14, 2016, which was determined by decision and order of this Court entered February 27, 2019, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court.
