| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a purported order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 24, 2019. By order to show cause dated June 3, 2019, the parties to the appeal were directed to show cause why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 24, 2019, was issued in the above-entitled action.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
BALKIN, J.P., ROMAN, COHEN and MALTESE, JJ., concur.
